Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule your session online up to 48 hours before your booking - the link is in your confirmation email.
After that, your session is considered taken and we're not able to offer refunds or vouchers, regardless of the reason. So if life gets in the way, please reschedule rather than skip. If you're unsure about anything, just reach out on Instagram or WhatsApp before you book.
