Of course! We start with a quick rundown of how the paints and tools work. Plus, our team is always floating around to offer tips, tricks, or a helping hand whenever you need it.
How long is a session?
A session is 2 hours, but don't worry if you need a bit extra time because there's a bit of a buffer between classes.
What if I don't know what to paint?
We’ve got you covered. We have tons of inspiration tucked away in the studio, from samples to stencils. If you want to brainstorm early, take a peek at our Instagram or Pinterest for a dose of Vitamin Creativity!
What's the minimum age to pain ceramics?
Our sweet spot is 4–5 years and older (with a guardian to help guide the brush!). From age 12, they’re free to drop in and create independently. If you’re looking for a fun way to bond, our parent-child sessions are a great place to start!
When can I pick up my ceramics?
We hand-glaze every piece to ensure a professional, food-safe finish. Your art will be ready to collect in one week, and we’ll shoot you an email the moment it’s out of the kiln. In a hurry? We offer an Express Service (48-hour turnaround) for an extra 15€ per piece.
Is there a chance to get the pottery sooner?
Yes, if you are in a rush to get your art sooner we are happy to offer a "quick-fire" service for an extra fee of 15€ per piece. Just let us know when you're in the studio and we'll do our best to help you
How can I pay?
We accept almost all payment methods, including Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Cash. So no need to worry about a "Cash Only" sign here—just focus on your painting!
Is my pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
While our ceramics are technically dishwasher-safe, we always recommend hand washing to keep them looking their best. This prevents "crazing" (tiny little cracks in the shiny surface) and ensures your masterpiece lasts a lifetime. One quick heads-up: Please keep your pieces out of the microwave!
I’m not happy with my finished piece—now what?
We don't offer refunds for handmade results, as every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation. That said, we want you to be proud of what you made! If you're disappointed, come talk to us. We’ll help you understand the process better and make sure you feel confident and inspired for your next painting session.
How does the pricing work ?
Your booking includes a 10€ studio fee, that covers tools, paints, hand-glazing and firing your piece as well as support during your 2h pottery painting session and a 10€ voucher to pick out your pottery in the studio! If your chosen piece costs more than the 10€ voucher, you can simply pay the balance at the end of your session.
I’m not artistic at all—is this still for me?
100%! You don’t need to be Picasso to walk out with something you’re proud of. In fact, some of our favorite pieces come from people who claim they "can't even draw a stick figure." We have plenty of "cheat codes" like stamps, stencils, and masking tape that do the hard work for you. We’ll show you all the tricks!
Do you offer "To-Go" kits?
We sure do! If the studio is full or you just prefer your own space, you can order your paint-at-home kit here. We’ll prep your kit for pickup, and you can bring your masterpiece back to us for firing whenever you're finished!
